These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Three Cats B.V., the operator of jackpotraider.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019. Payment services are provided by Pointissimo Digital Ltd, a subsidiary of Three Cats B.V. incorporated in Cyprus. The agreement governs account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling, and dispute resolution across all verticals available on the site. By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, or such higher age as your jurisdiction of residence requires. Residents of the following territories may not register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and French overseas territories, Germany, the Netherlands, Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Israel, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, North Korea, and Iran, among other jurisdictions subject to FATF restrictions listed in our full geographic restrictions policy. You may hold only one account per person, household, IP address, and device; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated deposits, winnings, and bonuses forfeited. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current, and you must not register or play on behalf of another person. We verify every account before processing a first withdrawal, and we may request identity documents, proof of address, copies of payment methods used, and source-of-funds evidence at any stage. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and XRP. The internal operating currency is the euro, and accounts are single-currency with no conversion service. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome package is €20, with local currency equivalents published in the cashier. Withdrawals are processed on our side within up to 72 hours and must be made to the same method used for the deposit. Before any withdrawal is processed, the active deposited amount must have been played through at least three times as an anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal is €50 to €120 depending on your country of residence, and the maximum is capped at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at standard level, with higher limits available from Gold 2 loyalty rank as displayed in the Withdrawal section of the cashier. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Third-party payments are not accepted; deposits must originate from an account or method registered in your own name, and winnings derived from a third-party payment may be confiscated.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion published on the site carries its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round is €5, including bet doubling after a completed round and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount used. Bonuses are valid for 14 days from receipt, except welcome package bonuses which are valid for 7 days. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. You may cancel a bonus before wagering it without losing your own funds, but withdrawing your deposit before wagering is complete voids the bonus and any associated winnings. We reserve the right to revoke a bonus and recover any winnings derived from it where we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these terms, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

Responsible Gambling

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and other account restrictions at any time through your account settings. If you request self-exclusion, we close your account immediately and take reasonable steps to prevent new accounts being opened by you. No prize is awarded if you are in a cooling-off period at the time of winning.

Dispute Resolution

Complaints are handled in the first instance by our support department, reachable via live chat 24 hours a day or by email at [email protected] . If support cannot resolve a complaint immediately, it is escalated within the organisation and you are kept informed of its progress. If a dispute is not resolved at management level, you may refer it to CADRE, an independent alternative dispute resolution body whose service is free of charge to you regardless of outcome and whose decisions are binding on both parties, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. You may also contact the Curaçao Gaming Authority or any other independent body listed on the site. Server logs and records constitute the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim where a discrepancy exists between a screen result and the game server record.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice posted on the site before the changes take effect. The updated terms apply from the stated effective date. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
