Jackpotraider Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to jackpotraider.com, operated by Three Cats B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao (registration number 164649), with a registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10, Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019. It sets out what personal data we collect from players and visitors, the purposes for which we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you. Jackpotraider is not licensed in the United Kingdom, and this policy is issued under the operator’s own data-handling commitments rather than UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.

What information we collect

We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. During identity verification we collect copies of government-issued identity documents (passport or national identity card), proof of address (such as utility bills), copies of payment cards or methods used to deposit, and, where required, a selfie held alongside your identity document. We also collect gameplay data covering deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, session times, and game choices, as well as device and network data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

We process your personal data to provide the service: creating and maintaining your account, processing deposits and withdrawals through our payment services subsidiary Pointissimo Digital Ltd, and enabling gameplay. We also process data to meet regulatory obligations under our Curaçao licence, including age verification, know-your-customer checks, anti-money laundering monitoring, and transaction review. Your data is used to detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, and prohibited account behaviour such as duplicate registrations. Where you have opted in, we use contact details to send marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with Pointissimo Digital Ltd (Cyprus, registration number HE 452086), our wholly owned subsidiary that processes payments on our behalf. Data is also passed to identity verification providers and payment processors engaged to carry out KYC and transaction services. The Curaçao Gaming Authority may receive data in connection with our obligations under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019, and we disclose data to law enforcement or other authorities when legally required. Customer data is not sold to third parties.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure sufficient to meet our obligations under anti-money laundering rules and the conditions of our gaming licence. For most account and transaction records this means a minimum of five years following account closure. Certain data, such as KYC documents and financial transaction records, may be kept for longer where a specific regulatory or legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You can request erasure of your data where no legal or regulatory obligation requires us to keep it. You have the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. If you are dissatisfied with how we handle your data, you may raise a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority or with CADRE, the independent dispute resolution body whose decisions bind the operator.
