This Privacy Policy applies to jackpotraider.com, operated by Three Cats B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao (registration number 164649), with a registered office at Schottegatweg Oost 10, Unit 1-9, Bon Bini Business Center, Willemstad, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019. The Curaçao Gaming Authority may receive data in connection with our obligations under Certificate of Operation OGL/2024/969/1019, and we disclose data to law enforcement or other authorities when legally required. Customer data is not sold to third parties.

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure sufficient to meet our obligations under anti-money laundering rules and the conditions of our gaming licence. For most account and transaction records this means a minimum of five years following account closure.
